"The property is very beautiful and set in an very picturesque area with great views. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The property is secluded so you require your own transport or taxi/etc to stay there. My only complaint is that there was no running water in the morning due to a fault which lasted a number of hours and meant that I had to use water from a barrell to wash etc in the morning which was unexpected and inconvenient. "Definitely one of the best hotels in San Andres. It’s new, chic, and is truly luxurious compared with the other Colombian hotels we’ve stayed at. Loved the tub in my room and how most areas are air-conditioned. There is hot water, great dining, and a posh pool. I would definitely stay here again despite the thin walls/or open doors of my neighbors that were horrendously loud, fighting, screaming, yelling, for over 6 hours able I was trying to sleep. I didn’t pay $300 a night to be exposed to this type of irritating behavior."
